I had no information on accunpunture or cupping but was in the ICU after having a spinal sensor failed that was meant to control pain after my colon was removed. She called me on a Sunday to find out what was happening and my history.
Above and beyond - that is how Deborah functions as a practitioner. She is so focused and concerned about each individual. When you leave the office you do not leave her thoughts- she is constantly thinking about treatments that can help you as an individual.
I am blown away by how much better I feel with one session, Debra is a gem among acupuncturists. I saw one in Rochester NY for months and after one session with Debra I am a new woman. She is a gift from heaven.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
