Just amazing! The best treatment I could have. I was in treatment for my legs, the painful dissapeared after 1 date. She really has a special power that can make you feel comfortable and accompanies in the process sweetly. I really recommend her for Transformational cupping.
Hi Kim! I am still processing what I could observe and learn during the weekend, it wasn’t only a cupping experience for me. As a therapist and teacher, I admire how you have created a space where you quickly educate, empower and support people to achieving a steady performance foundation together with confidence and…
3 dagen volop in de wereld van Transformational Cupping gestort. Alles was super geregeld. Glenn legt de theorie heel duidelijk uit. Hij maakt je heel enthousiast, zoveel ervaring en kennis heeft hij. De praktijk wordt ook super uitgelegd zowel door Glenn als de andere trainsters!
First I took a cupping session and then I trained to become a Cupper. Bellow you’ll see my feedback on both: Cupping sessions: By far best method to be cupped. After trying all sorts of cupping I must say that the Transformational Cupping method founded by Kim Cupping was another level.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
