What clients say about the cupping here
From the reviews
Cassandra is a wizard, every time I need to find relaxation I reach out to her for the most amazing massages. She is so thoughtful and always strives to make me feel comfortable in order for me to have the best experience. The only person I trust to do an amazing job!!!
The owner has such a great energy if you choose to come see Cassandra for a massage or any other service you will be in the best hands!
Been going to Casandra for reflexology to help with my foot issues! She’s the BEST!!
Started communications with the owner prior to arrival in Bonita Springs for Maycation. Had an idea of what I was looking for, owner was on board and made every effort to make it happen. Went way above and beyond on all accounts. Professional. Thoughtful. GREAT Communicator. Excellent at her profession.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
