Receptionist was welcoming. Environment was clean and so inviting. Massage room was out of this world relaxing. Sound machines, mood lighting, oils were defusing. So calming! Christina performed deep tissue and cupping therapy. I have NEVER had a massage of that caliber before!
I have been suffering from jaw pain and swelling for a couple months and after going here a couple times I have noticeably reduced swelling in my face and less tension. The massage and cupping are great. I will be frequenting this place to keep myself feeling more like myself!

Christina is awesome. She is very good at spotting problem areas and getting to the bottom of an issue. She made major progress on an issue I was having within two sessions, while a PT I was seeing had been working on me for 4 sessions with few results.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
