From the reviews
I've been seeing Debi for a little more than a year now and she is amazing! I get acupuncture and the cupping from her pretty regularly. I'm a massage therapist, so as you can imagine my hands and arms get really sore from work.
I have seen Debi for almost 4 years, now, and she has helped me so much with my chronic pain through her acupuncture treatments. She knows just what to do to help with my pain and achiness in my hands and really helps my shoulders, neck, and lower back for the chronic pain and tightness.
Debi is Amazing! She is knowledgeable and skilled in treating a wide variety of conditions. I have been seeing Debi for over a year now, she is able to help me with whatever conditions I might be going through at the current time. She has a wonderful personality and is great with her clients.
Debi is Amazing! She takes the time to listen to what's going on with me before each session. I feel better than ever since I've been seeing Debi for Acupuncture.I would highly recommend her.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
