Why Touch of Health Massage Therapy is listed — cupping is a treatment, not a Google category, so we only list a provider when there's real proof they offer it. Here's what we found: “$92-$95 (includes warm towels on the feet) 75 min. $112-$115 (includes warm towels on the feet) 90 min. $135-$140 (includes hot stones, aromatherapy, warm towels on the feet) Add Hot Stones/Aromatherapy $15. From the reviews

When I first walked in here months ago, I was concerned because the masseuse is very delicate and thin, but she can really give a great deep myofascial release massage. She's also less expensive than some other places.

Arienne has the skill and knowledge that unlocked the tension I was carrying. Her skills in deep tissue work was phenomenal! I am grateful I was referred to her! I will return!

I had a very professional and relaxing massage while I visited Port Townsend. Diane knew what she was doing and was responsive to my needs. I recommend her without reservation.

Arianne does a great job! I had a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic massage during which she worked on a couple of areas where I have old injuries. Afterward I definitely noticed a difference in my range of motion and general diminishment of physical stress in my body. Thanks Arianne!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
