What clients say about the cupping here
“I had the most amazing therapeutic massage ever done by 2 professionals massage therapist a mother and daughter team.”
From the reviews
I had the most amazing therapeutic massage ever done by 2 professionals massage therapist a mother and daughter team. I've never had 2 therapist work on me ever!!! So awsome!! I had a deep tissue massage done on me and they were both on point. I had alot of tight muscles on my shoulders and neck .
Been in to see Luisa multiple times and she is fantastic. Gives amazing deep tissue massages and is extremely knowledgeable about the body. She'll explain what muscles she's working on and where they attach when I ask or what muscles are pulling when I describe pains.
I have been seeing Luisa since 2007. When I first started going I have bad sciatica and my back would go into spasms regularly when I could Baral move. Thanks to her I learned so much about my body and she worked on all the issues I had like my shoulder and legs that I didn’t even know.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
