I visited Total Massage 7 last week and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calming and clean, which made it easy to relax.
I had a nice massage from Frank a few days ago. I hold so much tension in my neck and shoulders. He used every massage technique that he knew to loosen my tension. He did a great job. My only concern was that I had trouble communicating with the staff, Frank included, due to the language barrier.
I’ve been going here for the past year, every 2 weeks for a 1.5 hour Swedish massage. Nikki and Lulu are both awesome. Very professional, clean, great atmosphere. Time for my next relaxation massage. Thank you Total 7.
Received an hour long deep tissue massage from Nikki, she is amazing! 10/10 recommend, definitely coming back and will be sure to request her! Everything is clean and cozy definitely the vibe for a massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
