From the reviews

Guess who just found out her FSA money can be used for massages?!?!? Yup, this girl. I've had some issues with previous massage therapists not really wanting to touch me after discussing some of my body issues, so I called Olga and we spent a ton of time on the phone discussing a number of issues I wanted worked on,…

Every time I visit Olga at Total Body Restore my stress melts away. She has an undeniable amount of good energy and talented hands. Always the right amount of pressure. I’m a hairstylist and my shoulders need constant attention. She even does cupping to rid my troublesome shoulders of aches and pains.

★★★★★ — Gabriela, Mar 2019

A massage with Olga is not simply a “total body restore” but the experience of balancing health of both mind and body. Olga is an extraordinarily talented masseuse and esthetician but the exceeding generosity of her presence and extensive knowledge of each service she offers is a gift of infinite value!!!

★★★★★ — Susan, Jul 2020

Robert Ertel has been in the massage industry for years and offers one of the best massages I’ve had. He also offers coaching to help prevent recurring pain. An example; My upper shoulder and neck muscles felt sore everyday after a long workday and I thought it’s something I had to endure until my next massage.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
