From the reviews
Toni King is a GAME CHANGER & saved my life numerous times. 10+ years ago, I didn’t even believe in acupuncture. I had chronic migraines, back pain, digestion issues and stress. I will never forget the first session we had - I could feel the pain go away immediately on the table as she was working on me.
Toni is amazing. She truly commits to helping you solve your health problems. When I started to see her I was skeptical of her ability to help after seeing other acupuncturist with no help. At the time I was suffering from 20-30 migraines a month and dealing with fibromyalgia.
There’s acupuncture and then there’s Toni’s Acupuncture, she listens to your problem and she is not rushing she will tell you what your body needs and you will be amazed when she tells you because it’s true. Tonis Energy is out of this world
Toni has been addressing my Fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, insomnia and digestive issues so far so great.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
