From the reviews

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Both Dr. Tara and Dr. Parker are excellent. They listen to your needs and concerns and treat accordingly. There's muscle therapy/prep prior to treatment so adjustments go easier & last longer.

Weekly adjustment help with a life time of pain. They do an awesome job prepping you for the doctor to come in for the adjustment. Prepping can involve a massage, blading, cupping or other methods to help your body to be ready for adjustment. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Whether it's Dr. Tara or Dr.

Dr. Parker has helped myself and my daughter with chiropractic care & it’s been excellent. I’ve also had cupping here and it’s been such a great addition to my care. Too, I have never had a problem getting an appointment and the staff is so friendly which has made our experience there wonderful! I’d highly recommend!

★★★★★ — Jara, Oct 2025

I've received various kinds of treatments at Titan Chiropractic, and all of them have been good experiences. It starts with Dr Tara having a strong commitment to giving knowledgeable and personal care to her patients and that "trickles down" to the rest of her staff -- Dr Parker, Karen, Lexi, Emily and Terry.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
