From the reviews

Dr. Linda at Tiny Needles has been an amazing acupuncturist. She helped heal a bruised rib I was dealing with, and now she’s working on my shoulder as well. Her treatments have made a huge difference and I continue to keep coming back. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for effective acupuncture and great care.

I have been a client of Kristin for the last several months working on overall health and wellness as well as fertility. To say that Kristin and her practice have had a huge impact on my life would be and understatement!

★★★★★ — Michelle, Nov 2020

I have been going to Tiny Needles since 2012. I was told that the chemo I took, attacked the minor arthritis I had on my knees from a lifetime of running...and now was bone-on-bone. Rats - got rid of cancer and then told I needed double knee replacement.

★★★★★ — Krissi, Apr 2018

Kristin is absolutely amazing. She truly cares about her patients and their wellbeing. She is fantastic at what she does. I didn't think it was possible to feel as good as I do after seeing Kristin a few times. If you've ever questioned acupuncture, this is your sign to try it. I was nervous but knew I needed healing.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
