From the reviews

My daughter Sarah's first time experiencing acupuncture and cupping. She states what a wonderful and relaxing experience. Already helping. The mugwort navel aid and tea helped very much throughout the night. Thank you

Always, I leave feeling two feet off the ground. I feel grounded in my nervous system, my thinking and overall energy levels. The best results, for me, always come from the combo; acupuncture+cupping+moxa-moxibustion. Very cozy, and great people and service.

★★★★★ — Daniel, Jan 2026

I recently experienced an injury to my cervical spine and have been very pleased with my care. I lost function in several fingers of my hand and after 10 sessions of acupuncture and cupping, I have regained function in my hand. Thank you!

Fertility experts! I was told by my doctor that I would need to do IVF to get a good egg and become pregnant. I had 9 miscarriages. Let that sink in for a moment. I was 40 years old. Wesley assured me it was just poor egg quality and accupunture could help. I was skeptical at first.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
