Can't say enough positives/stars for Billie. She is an amazing person #1. I have been getting massages from her for the past year or so. And very thankful that I have found someone in the area that can help me with my shoulder, neck stiffness and pain. She is honest, dependable and very professional.
I lived my hour long massage with Billie at Thrive Massage in Daphne. I left feeling relaxed and recharged. Looking forward to my next massage.
Billie did a great job of assessing my needs prior to the massage and then delivering exactly what we had talked about. I feel refreshed and rejuvenated and my sore spots have melted away. I will definitely be using her in the future!
If you are looking for a great massage you should book one will Billie Rose. She is very attentive and knows what she is doing.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
