From the reviews

I had my very first Table Thai Massage with Lewis yesterday and it was amazing! It was a technique I had never experienced before and I have to say, I can't wait for the next one. Lewis is very friendly and communicative about what he is doing. He helped walk me through the steps and how this type of massage works.

Lewis is phenomenal! I had an excellent experience with him! Lewis took the time to ask thoughtful questions to make sure I was comfortable throughout the session. You can tell he really understands how the body works and tailors his approach to each person’s needs. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed.

I’ve been dealing with 20 years of repeated injury to my low back. My double session with Lewis was a miracle. He was patient and attentive. He focused where I needed it most. I felt safe, respected, and cared for. I will definitely be returning and making my sessions a continued part of my lifestyle. Highly recommend

The Thai table massage with Lewis is something that I had not tried before. He helped loosen up joint stiffness and I feel renewed. Highly recommend! Latest Update: I tried Lewis’ “regular” massage and it was relaxing and healing. He is so talented!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
