Five stars doesn’t even begin to cover the level of care at Therapy One in Callaway. When I first started here three months ago, I literally could not walk. Today, I am back on my feet and walking again. Kyle and Matt are very knowledgeable and created a program created a program just for me.
At my age I have been prescribed physical therapy at several different facilities in Bay County. Therapy One on Tyndall Parkway has gained my utmost respect of them all. The entire staff from the office personnel to each Therapist that I was assigned to was very professional.
I had 28 visits with Kyle at Therapy One and have made so much progress/improvement thanks to this team. My quality of life has gotten so much better since coming here.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
