A good clue that I was in the right place when the front desk personnel made me feel welcomed . I looked forward to a good recovery from my bilateral knee issues. My therapy sessions with my assigned PTs were enjoyable. The exercises that they put me through helped tremendously.

I was referred to this clinic assuming it was just like any other physical or occupational therapy. But they were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain why I was experiencing numbness and tingling in my hands. It was so bad that sometimes i would wake up our of my sleep in pain.
I came in dealing with chronic back, shoulder, and knee pain, some of it going back 20 years. I've had physical therapy before and it never really helped, so I wasn't sure how much progress was even possible at this point. But the difference has been real.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
