⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Results and Incredible Care! The Therapy Center of Cedar Knolls is absolutely amazing! After trying so many spas looking for a truly effective deep tissue massage, I finally found the place.
I have been coming to Therapy Center of Cedar Knolls for almost monthly massages for a nearly a year now. I have been seen by both Victor and Jill, and would recommend both for their respective techniques and expertise (which differ).
Finding a good massage therapist can be a difficult, if not a hit-or-miss, process. After thirty (30!) visits, I can attest to all "hits". Of the five therapists available, I've had the hands of four of them on me. All are knowledgeable and experienced. If you’re looking for Myofascial Release, I’d start with Victor.
I have been going to the Therapy Center of Cedar Knolls for a 90 min. massage every month for the past 2+ years. I was so fortunate to have found this place. It is a family run business not a chain. Everyone is so warm, welcoming, and professional!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
