I drive from Orono to Victoria specifically to see Hannah! I either get a full body massage or ask her to focus on a specific area (usually neck and back). She takes direction very well when I need her to focus on certain areas, makes sure I'm comfortable, relaxed and fully rejuvenated by the time I leave!
Hannah’s got the miracle touch! From achey shoulders to clogged sinuses or persistent headaches- Hannah has an answer and a technique to mend and fix all of your ailments! She is very educated and in tune with the earth and herself so it makes sense she is such a natural at healing people.
Hannah has gifted hands!! I have a problematic lower back and neck and got a 60 minute Therapeutic Massage from Hannah yesterday. I feel better today than I have in more than a year!
Hannah is absolutely great. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable. Relaxation massage - I’ve seen her for a 90 minute relaxation massage, and OMG it was amazing. Therapeutic massage - I’ve seen her several times to work on an injury that is 6 years old.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
