There is a part of me that does not want to share Jessica but that would be doing a lot of you an injustice. I have been seeing Jessica for some time now and can say I truly feel the difference and then see the results of our visits.
I highly recommend Jessica as a massage therapist. Having had many massages in the past, I can confidently say she is the best I’ve encountered. She takes the time to listen to which muscle groups need attention and delivers an outstanding session. Additionally, she offers stretching as a separate service.
I have been to Jessica a handful of times, and she is awesome! She addresses all of your concerns, and pains. She suggested a deep tissue massage for me, as my pain was caused from a deeper level, and it doesn’t hurt. The next day is the best when all relaxes, and feeling great! I book with her 1-2 times a month!
As a massage Therapist myself for 30 years I am always looking to receive a good massage. I found a good one. Jessica is very much in tuned with her client. She has a wonderful touch and offers a lot of extra services all included in her prices. Give her a try. You will not regret it it..
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
