An absolutely fantastic massage in this incredible place. I would deeply recommend full body massage with hot stones (hot stones and cupping is free!). If you're looking for a great massage and highly skilled masseuses, look no further - this is the place you need. A very big thank you to the wonderful team!
…They all have very good skills with deep tissue massage, and great cupping free. I have referred one of my friends to be there, she likes it very much and enjoys a lot of great relaxation massage after a long-week work. Definitely recommend this store to everyone! Super good, Five Stars!!
I have been to the shop a couple times in the past 2 months to take care of a tight back due to sitting for hours on end on a bad chair. Sharon and Emily have done a great job releasing the tension in my back and neck. The Plaza usually has parking space available, making the store very accessible.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
