From the reviews

Sarah is an excellent massage therapist. She listens carefully, and is always able to accurately pinpoint what is happening with my body and what it needs at that moment. She always checks to make sure the pressure is not too much or too little. She is kind, empathetic and professional.

★★★★★ — Jodye, Dec 2021

Sarah is an exceptional massage therapist who goes above and beyond. Her treatment not only eased my herniated disc and sciatica pain but she also included complimentary cupping, aiding lymph node drainage for better healing. The use of pure essential oils added a relaxing touch through aromatherapy.

★★★★★ — Mahala, Oct 2023

Sarah is fantastic, she always makes me feel welcome and is knowledgeable about all of the services she provides. Whether you are looking for yoga, cupping, guided breathing, meditation, massages, or anything wellness related look no further than the ZenDen!

★★★★★ — Caleb, Apr 2024

Sarah is great. Not your cookie cutter massage. She used oils to enhance the experience and cupping to help loosen my leg muscles. Highly recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
