This is the second time I have gone to John and he has worked miracles in my neck and upper back!! Both times I had either a pulled muscle and could barely move. Both times he worked the muscles out and I left fully mobile and able to move around without pain!
I will recommend John to everybody!! He does not shy away from applying as much pressure(as you are comfortable with) to really alleviate pain and provide lasting relief. Immediately, I felt more comfortable in my body than I have in so long.
John does exceptional work. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and highly skilled at what he does. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck, and back, so I booked a 90-minute massage focused on those areas.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
