“I’ve only done Acupunture a few times so I was a little nervous but she made me feel relaxed and I even fell asleep!”
From the reviews
I had such a wonderful experience with Jessica. She came right to my home, which made the whole session so convenient and relaxing. She is incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable right away. The cupping and acupuncture treatment was exactly what I needed.
We (my husband and I) are FOREVER grateful to have had our paths cross with Jessica. After trying to conceive for 4 years, we believe, her acupuncture treatments played a HUGE role in helping us. We are now the blessed parents of a beautiful almost 3 year old beautiful baby boy, our perfect “Acubaby”.
Jessica was great to work with! She was very intuitive and on point with what my body needed in the moment. I’ve only done Acupunture a few times so I was a little nervous but she made me feel relaxed and I even fell asleep!
I had an incredible experience with neurofeedback sessions at the Wholistic Health Center of Tucson. Jessica Montana is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming, making each session comfortable and insightful.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
