From the reviews

I received my first acne treatment from Bailey 2 weeks ago. I’ve struggled with acne off and on for most of my adult life. I used to be able to go a day without coverage, but now days it’s rare and I feel like I had to always be covering a spot or redness up on my face.

I’ve been going to The Well Spa for years, and it’s truly become a core part of my self-care routine. Every experience there is amazing! This time I did the body scrub, steam, and massage, and I left feeling completely renewed. The staff is the best! They are professional, kind, and attentive.

Bailey is incredible! She made me feel so comfortable with her friendly and inviting personality. She is seriously a joy and took the time to explain every skincare step to me to with notes. I can’t wait to go back and see her!!

I recently had an amazing experience with Bailey Harper at The Well Spa. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Bailey took the time to understand my skin concerns and provided a personalized treatment plan. Bailey is highly skilled and knowledgeable about different skin types and products.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
