I received a package as a Christmas gift so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The front desk employee was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in. The place was clean, quiet and all around relaxing. Nick was amazing and listened to exactly what I wanted and didn’t want.
My husband and I visited the Spaah for multiple services. We had a massage by Dre and he was great. He listened well to problem areas and one of my favorite things is we did not talk which was great because my intention was to relieve some stress. Scheduling was easy. The front desk attendant was very nice.
I recently received a gift certificate to The Spa’ah and scheduled an hour-long Swedish massage. Bella Donna was my massage therapist, and the massage was quite possibly the best I’ve ever received. I will definitely be a return customer, and I wholeheartedly recommend Bella Donna and The Spa’ah!
I've had two sessions with Tanisha and both times she has done a wonderful job! I have some chronic upper body tension, and after my last 1 hour deep tissue massage, my range of motion improved! I will be back for sure, and definitely recommend Tanisha to anyone wanting a great massage!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
