From the reviews
Renee and Nicole are WONDERFUL! I went to them with chronic sciatic nerve pain around 8 months ago. They are gentle, knowledgeable, and I feel completely comfortable with them. I get adjusted by Nicole and receive an acupuncture treatment from Renee evey session.
Renee is awesome! Been going to her for a few years now. Sciatic nerve pain had me down and out in so many ways!! I tried the steroid injections, and pain killers, but they were only temporary fixes. Give her a good honest try!! Six weeks, at least, depending on your issues, and then regular maintenance.
Dr. Renee has helped my entire family with improving their health and wellness over the years. She is a big part of our health care regiment. We are all happier and healthier people because of the great work she does.
Dr. Renee is the absolute best! She is very knowledgeable, calming and kind. I recommend her for any issue because she will find the root cause and provide support.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
