I had a massage and facial with Sadeerriyah. She gave me the best massage I have had in a long time, possibly ever. She uses hot stones, cupping, whatever’s needed to relieve your body’s particular stress points without charging extra for those things. And my skin is still glowing from my facial 5 days later.
Well... my mom gifted me with a massage for my birthday and unfortunately she forgot to "confirm"! Completely devastated as I was looking forward to starting my day off with a relaxing massage. I called, my mom called and with the help and grace of Serenity Room Day Spa we were able to reschedule SAME DAY!!!

Wow- I just need to say thank you to Sadeeriyah for this amazing experience. I got a 60 minute integrated massage and she sat down with me beforehand to consult my needs. She was so careful about reading my body and using a wide range of techniques throughout the massage to get the kinks out. She really cared.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
