From the reviews

This place is fantastic. Stephanie was amazing explaining everything, using the right pressure all of it. I had a 90 minute salt rub and massage with added cupping and hemp oil. It was so relaxing I started to fall asleep which I never do during massages.

Been going here for over a year now for massages - Brittany is amazing! Massages average at $100, $80 if you have the mo they membership. I have a chronic pain disease that's really complicated and often needs massages when even muscle relaxers wont work to make my muscles stop spasming.

I love this place in Pasadena . Hot Stone Massage and then the Salt Room . It's a Must. Pamper Yourself because if you don't then who Will????

★★★★★ — Margarita, Jun 2021

Had an incredible Incredible Incredible MAMassage! My first Prenatal massage and Diana was very gentle and attentive the entire time. The room was calming and relaxing. Dimly lit with salt lamps, which was perfect. Diana was very kind and went into great detail before the massage began.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
