I found a Groupon for The Salt Barn & decided to visit. The interior is decorated so well and is inviting. The salt cave is beautiful! It was incredibly serene with the lights & a built in water fall. It was a great space to relax and clear my mind. I was the only person in the cave.

A pretty decent environment with a very lovely lady running the front. The salt barn was relaxing but I will say it's not much. They offer so many things that I would reccomend with it. It was very clean from what I saw. The lovely lady explained other things they offered as well and was very knowledgeable.
I enjoyed my visit to The Salt Barn so much! Kaylee greeted me as soon as I walked in and was there to explain each session and available for any questions. This place is a gem and Kaylee is definitely a treasure!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
