I've been going to Paige for about a year and a half for massages. She is so talented. She gives me full body massages and targets my trouble areas. She shows me ways I can work on the trouble areas at home. She also does cupping therapy sometimes which really helps to loosen my tight muscles.
I highly recommend Paige and her massage services. To preface this was my first ever professional massage. Also I did this about 15 minutes after my first ever Acupuncture Session. She worked with me beforehand to customize my service to target my problem areas.
Best place for a massage hands down. If you want to be pampered just go here. You won't regret it. The energy is is so calming and renewing that you will leave feeling so relaxed. Paige is incredible and truly puts her heart and soul into every detail but every therapist I've seen has been wonderful.
Paige is a awesome massage therapist!! Everything time I get a massage I feel like a new person. Would definitely recommend her . She is very friendly and sweet and kind.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
