Okay but Dr. RJ? Elite. I went in for a 15-minute trial just to see what the hype was about and immediately felt like I made the right decision. The energy was calm, professional, and super welcoming.
If you’re looking for the best recovery and wellness services in Louisville, TN, I highly recommend The Resilience Lab. Dr. Jarvis is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about helping you feel your best.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Reed. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and truly cared for. The adjustments are thorough and effective, but what really sets this office apart is the cupping therapy and dry needling.
Wow, just wow! We had a chiropractor come into our gym to do adjustments and cupping for us, and it was such a great experience! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable right away. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure each person felt at ease before starting.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
