Justin has the most amazing gift; he is always up-to-date on the most recent advancements in therapeutic activities and positive energy. I highly recommend him for increasing livelihood and keeping families together.

I went to Justin for acupuncture 2 weeks after being diagnosed with Bell’s Palsy. I had no movement on the right side of my face. In just 2 short weeks (4 sessions), my face went back to normal. The doctor that diagnosed me told me that it would take 3-6 months to recover.

★★★★★ — Alanna, Mar 2025

I visited Justin for an insidious acute knee pain that I feared might lead to more invasive treatments. After just one session, the pain significantly decreased—leaving me honestly speechless as someone who had never tried acupuncture before. I’m so glad I did; this experience truly feels like a blessing.

★★★★★ — Macole, Oct 2025

Ive been going to Justin for years and look forward to every visit! He has helped me so much and I always leave feeling better. Justin pinpoints what’s wrong and is able to fix it effectively. I highly recommend checking him out if you have ever wanted to try acupuncture.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
