I have been seeing Dr D for years. He is not only kind, but also gentle and VERY compassionate an knowledgeable! There have been times when I have had to see Dr Alex, or Dr Johnson, and they have been equally kind, gentle and compassionate to me. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
Dr Backus is the absolute best. You definitely don't want to take for granted his youthful look as it comes with a lot of extensive knowledge. The staff is amazing, they're always willing to work with you and help you out in any shape or form.
Is my second time going here and I can't describe how grateful I'm to found this place. Their Chiropractors are so amazing and if you have the pleasure of meeting Dr Backus you are in great hands. All the crew is great , they welcome you with great smile and the price for what you are getting is excellent.
Dr. Dollarhide is excellent in managing my pain and discomfort and listens to what I need. ive seen many chiropractors over the years because of the line of work i'm in, and he is one of the best! The staff is friendly and the masseuses are the very best in town!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
