From the reviews
I had a lovely time! I booked the 90 minute deep tissue massage with Annette and her bedside manner was incredible. I felt very comfortable and slept so well the following night. She started more gently to warm up the tissues and then did an excellent job.
I have visited here twice for lymphatic drainage and each time was excellent. I have gone to a few different spots for lymphatic drainage, and this one is my favorite as it combines the therapeutic benefits of a clinic with the relaxing setting of a spa.
Talina is amazing! Had a 90 min deep tissue and was complete relaxing and therapeutic. She addressed some very serious muscle tightness. The new location is nice too, found parking easily and the inside is clean and quaint. I’ll be back!
Cozy calm atmosphere. Annette has magical hands and the receptionist Alexa is so sweet & welcoming 10/10
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
