What clients say about the cupping here
“In a matter of seconds, she alternates pressure to release tension and then gently relax the area — it’s clear she’s extremely skilled and intuitive.”
“The facility is always clean, and every employee I've interacted with whether at the front desk or one of the massage therapist has been friendly, professional, and welcoming.”
“She is very sweet, kind, and calming, and from the very beginning she made me feel comfortable and relaxed.”
“I get massages pretty often, and it’s rare to find someone who gets both the pressure and the healing, relaxing touch just right — but Kendra nailed both.”
“They do memberships that are very reasonably priced and if you’re active the stretch with Ken has really helped me with recovery.”

From the reviews
Had an amazing experience at the NOW! I work out 5x a week and my joints and muscles have been feeling really tight. I’m trying to recover faster through stretching, sauna, and now massages. I got the 50m Stretch Massage with deep tissue + Cupping.
My first time coming here and I had the absolute best experience. I am a little particular about massages and trying this place out for the first time I was definitely not expecting the level of service. I had their HEALER massage with the scalp renewal treatment, for 80 minutes which was just magnificent.
I went to The NOW for the first time today! I had signed up for their promos and updates and got a text about a deal where you could get an 80-minute massage for the price of a 50-minute massage if you come in Tuesday- Thursday, which was a great deal! I liked the aesthetic of the space. It was very clean and serene.
I’ve been going monthly as a member. The place looks good - peaceful, pleasant. Staff is warm and welcoming. Things look good, smell good. But really what keeps me coming back is the consistent quality of the massage treatments. Javier is a great fit for me. He’s intelligent and truly understands how the body works.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
