From the reviews
I’ve been eyeing this spa since I saw the sign go up. My husband recently surprised me and booked us an appointment for our wellness day. On our way to our appointment we got a call from the spa that one of our massage therapist got in a car accident so they would have to move our appointment times about 2 hours out…
I had an exceptional experience at The NOW Peachtree Corners. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the soothing scent of their signature candle, refreshing water, and a warm, welcoming staff. I opted for a 50-minute massage and added two enhancements, which elevated the entire experience.
THE AMBIANCE AND COURTNEY were amazing!! I am a bit high strung with my demanding job, so even when I am supposed to be relaxed I am not! LOL! So I have never gotten so relaxed during a massage that I went to sleep! But let me tell you something…..
Had a 25 minute massage - first one in at least 10 years. It was great. I think I waited so long because there wasn’t an approachable place nearby. The service here was great. Everyone is super friendly. The atmosphere is perfectly relaxing - subtle salt light with some ocean sounds in the background.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
