From the reviews
I have only used massage therapy with Chantil, so I my rating really goes to her. I have been in and out of physical therapy for the past decade and have had numerous massage practitioners work on me, and Chantil is by far one of the best. She is friendly, warm, and seems to know exactly what treatment I need.
Dr. Whitehead is a great healer and extremely knowledgeable about the body. I saw her for medical massage and consulted with her on complex medical issues. She's a gem!
My car accident left me with some lingering issues after a year, even with all the physical therapy, my back issues won't leave me alone. 😑 I tried to contact several locations to schedule a massage therapy session and the only answer I would get is that others were prioritizing individuals trying to max out their…

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
