From the reviews
I am so thankful to have found Renee!!! I absolutely love her massages. I am comfortable and relaxed the entire time. She applies the perfect amount of pressure to ease my muscles. Cupping is absolutely phenomenal!!!! I am so happy to have her as my massage therapist
I have been coming to Renee for a long time! She is so kind, and makes me feel so comfortable. I love getting my Swedish massage monthly!
Renee (the owner/ therapist) is a very professional and friendly massage therapist. She is also one of the few who works with the VA to ensure veterans can get care. The environment is very inviting. I willingly drive 50 minutes to get there, and I know of others that drive further.
Renee is absolutely wonderful. Had my first massage with her yesterday. I can not wait until my next appointment. She makes you feel so relaxed and welcome. I highly recommend her and her services. See you again next month
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
