I've been going to the Spa by B.A. for several months and I believe I can give a good overall opinion of my experience. The business location is great. It's close enough to rt30 to be easy to find but tucked away far enough that road noise is not a problem. The spa itself is very nice.
After driving for 6 hours on our way home. I found this place across the road from my hotel, the Hampton inn suites. Bella was fantastic!!! All proper and so good at dealing with my syatiac pinched nerve. A+ on service and her professional service. Wish she was closer to me. I'd give her all my business!

I have been to so many spas across the country and Brandy is hands down the BEST massage therapist. The spa is gorgeous, clean, and modern and I can’t wait to go back! 💯 recommend the spa at BA for massage therapy.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
