I had a great experience at the massage spot in Reidsville! I did a head Spa and blow dry with Christian and he is great at what he does! I appreciate the effort he put in to make sure I was comfortable. It will make you want to fall asleep and you’ll leave with soft and clean hair!!
I have been going to The Massage Spot ever since Annette started. When you walk in it is welcoming and relaxing. Annette makes you feel comfortable and makes sure to work on the areas that you need. I go and see her every other week and my body lets me know. It’s time for my massage with Annette!!!
I had a phenomenal experience!! Christian gave me a marvelous hair spa and it was life changing. If you've never had one I highly recommend you getting one especially at this place. In all honesty i didn't want it to end lol, Phenomenal experience!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
