The Lane Spa has such a high standard and level of quality that is hard to come by these days. The spa is always clean and organized with various effective products on display for purchase. The staff is very warm and welcoming. Jacquie is always consistent, knowledgeable, and operates with a high level of integrity.
I have been going to The Lane Spa for probably 9-10 years and have to say I -and my friends whom I have brought as well- have always had such a marvelous experience there !!! ALL of the personnel there have been professional, friendly, considerate of your needs (or issues if you have any).

My experience at the Lane Spa was wonderful as always. I was greeted with smiling faces and kindness. The spa is always clean and has that fresh spa feeling. Tina gave me an amazing 90 minutes massage and was sweet and listened to my needs. I can't wait to go back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
