From the reviews

Mayra is a top notch massage therapist! Cupping, heat rocks, cannabis infused topicals to help you stay in the game! People get oil changes on car more often than massage therapy for themselves. Her healing energy makes the World of difference. Make your appointment and start your healing journey! #MrCBD

Me and my brother went in for a massage he was having severe neck and shoulder pain. I just had a 45 min upper back work i felt very relaxed and renewed. The CBD oil is a must. Already booked a full 90 min massage to experience the hot stones and cupping.

Mayra is truly a very talented massage therapist she helped me with my neck and shoulder pain. I enjoyed how she implemented hot stones and cupping to help with my aches and pains. I will most definitely be coming back. Thank you so much Mayra.

Incredible!!! Mayra clearly knows what she is doing. Love that she integrates cupping and hot stone as well. Truly would rank this the best massage I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
