From the reviews
I’ve had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Jorge de Jesus at The Healing Spine. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable and confident about my care. I originally came in with some minor lower back achiness from running, and he took the time to do a full x-ray and explain everything clearly.
After my car accident, I started coming to The Healing Spine Chiropractic for neck and lower back pain, and I can honestly say I improve with every visit. From my neck all the way down to my lower back, I feel better each time I come in. One of the best things about this clinic is that Dr.
I had an amazing experience at The Healing Spine! I tried the chiropractic visit with spinal decompression and red light cupping, and it was honestly one of the best things I’ve done for my body. From the moment I walked in, everything felt professional, clean, and welcoming. The spinal decompression was so relieving.
I had been suffering from severe neck pain that was radiating down into both of my arms and wrists, along with upper back pain and low back pain. Because I work long hours on the computer, sitting and standing for extended periods, my pain was getting worse every day. Since I started treatment with Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
