From the reviews
Erin is absolutely terrific! I have been seeing her for the last couple years and to say the experience has been life changing is an understatement. As a physical laborer and active weight lifter massage has been crucial in staying functional and feeling my best!
I go every week and get a deep tissue massage that is incredible, i feel like my whole week is easier and my body feels so much better after Erin takes care of me, highly recommend.
Erin, took really good care of me, she knows what’s she is doing. I always feel amazing after leaving from having a massage with her. Thank you!!!!!!!!
Best massage I have ever had, Erin has magic in her hands and I was so relaxed and so much less tense afterwards. 12/10 will go again!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
