From the reviews
Absolutely amazing. Beautiful space! One of the best massages I've ever have, they get to know you and what your body is needing and works with that. Owner is the sweetest person.Truly the best spa in north dakota hands down.
I highly recommend this place for a massage. I have been to Lana and she is completely amazing. Makes you feel incredibly comfortable and I felt so relaxed.. I have not had a better massage in Williston. I recommend her 100%
I have been here many times. I have received massages, use the float pods often and just did the energy wrap. I have lupus and fibromyalgia so I struggle a lot with pain. I feel like my old self before the health issues after the energy wrap! It brought me to tears being able to feel such a release after it.
Crystal is seriously the best!!! I won’t go to anyone else! She is passionate about what she does and she cares so much about you as a client. She has a gift that I have never seen in anyone else. The atmosphere of the spa is relaxing and I can’t wait until the next time I get to go!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
