From the reviews
I have worked with Brittany personally and professionally in my infertility support group. I did my first ever soundbath with Brittany and it was the most healing peaceful experience I had ever done.
Brittany is literally my favorite massage therapist/ healing practitioner on the earth. Words can not express the impact of the sessions I have had with her. So grateful for the way she shows up and is fully committed to her work. Love love love her ❤️
T is a fantastic massage therapist. Her intuition and attention to the needs of your body are truly remarkable. I had a wonderful experience and left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Britt is the real deal, I would give her 10 stars if I could.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
