I had surgery 5 days ago and thought the lymphatic massage would help improve my circulation and reduce inflammation. Chloe was my massage therapist, she reviewed my intake form and described the lymphatic massage prior to starting. She was very professional, gentle, healing hands.
The ambience in this place is incredible. I felt all of my stress melt away as I walked in. You can tell they put a lot of intention into this place. They also offer you a tea with your service which was delicious. I've heard all of the massage therapists are great. My husband and I had Kathleen and she's truly a gem.
I got a deep tissue massage with hot rocks from Kathleen and she was absolutely amazing! The perfect amount of pressure and really worked out some tight areas on my shoulders and neck. The atmosphere of the spa is so relaxing from the moment you walk in.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
