I love The Cryotherapy Place! I've been going for over a year to utilize their recovery services. The staff is super friendly and help make for a great experience. I have used most of the services offered: cryo, localized cryo, compression, cupping, stretch, UV sauna, massage, cryoslimming and dry needling.
A friend brought me in because of how much the treatments have helped her! I too was amazed at how relaxed I felt during and after the compression therapy. My arms and legs felt so much lighter. After returning with my husband, who is a true skeptic; we both joined!!!
Fantastic staff and facilities! Liyah is an incredible therapist and always remembers me and my progress no matter how many months in between! I've tried almost every service and love them all. Most recently I've been into the stretching and what an amazing difference it makes.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
