From the reviews

If you're a massage therapist who loves providing pain relief for your clients, you must try one of Angie's classes! For reference, I am an LMT, ACE CPT, MMT, and known as a "pain relief" therapist.

If you need deep tissue, Mary Wine is it! She’s genuine, knowledgeable, and understands your needs. I’ve been working with her the past few months and she’s helped me with so much relief in my upper back and shoulders. I’ve had a lot of deep tissue massages over the years and she’s honestly one of the best.

★★★★★ — Sarah, May 2026

I've been seeing massage therapist Mary Wine for several months now and she's absolutely amazing! I've been getting massage consistently for chronic pain for over 8 years and she's the best. Very intuitive and detail oriented.

★★★★★ — Monica, Feb 2026

As a former collegiate athlete and a dedicated gym enthusiast, I struggled to find a massage therapist who could do more than just provide relaxation. I needed a place that focused on recovery and realignment after tough workouts. Devan and Angie are, without question, the best in York—and beyond.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
